  • Individual synthetic lashes that are applied to the natural lashes. Each natural lash is separated, one at a time, & an individual extension is applied. 

  • Synthetic polymer. There are different types of synthetic lashes.  Xtreme lashes are made of a synthetic fiber made from Polybutylene Terephthalate. It is a form of polyester (just like the clothing fabric). It is extruded or molded into personal care products, and many other consumer products

  • The same substance used for suture-less wound closure. The glue is custom made to standards for safety, strength, viscosity, drying speed, water resistance, & flexibility.

  • Approximately 2-3 weeks if you take care of them. Regardless of lash extensions, most people lose 3 to 5 lashes per eye, per day. We recommend 2-3 week fills

  • The application process is pain-free and relaxing that most clients fall asleep during the procedure. However, improper application by an unqualified eyelash technician can cause damage to your natural lashes.

  • Allergic reactions are rare but can occur if you are sensitive to certain cosmetics or adhesives.  We do offer patch tests but these are not always 100% accurate…It truly is an individual issue person by person- It is up to the potential client to make the decision that is best for them-

  • Yes, but you won’t need mascara and many find they won’t need eyeliner. You can still use eyeliner, mascara and eye shadows as usual, but all products must be oil-free. Remover recommended is Xtreme makeup cleanser (see blog post).

  • No. It will damage the extensions, thus lessening the life.

  • Any loose lash extensions, or lash extensions that are lifting are carefully removed.  New lashes are filled in wherever there are empty lashes.  Please note fills are classified as having a remaining 25 lashes on each eye when you come in, if there are 2-10 lashes (less than 25) that is a complete set and can not be accomplished in the same time frame as a fill or for the same fee.  

  • Yes, at any time for any reason they can be removed with an adhesive remover.

  • Refunds/Allergy: With the nature of the work, (you receive lash extensions, we spend time applying them) some sensitivities appear after the work is completed. Due to this, it is not our policy to offer refunds. However, we will remove the extensions at no cost to the client if there is an allergy and we are notified immediately.  Additionally, we do offer patch tests-  

    Illness: Healthy clients are happy clients!  It is because of this we do not work on clients that are ill with any flu like symptoms as well as strep throat & any other communicable health related issue.  We maintain a healthy clean space for all and thank you in advance for understanding-

    Cancellations:  We understand life happens!  We do require a 24hr notice for cancellations unless rescheduled in the same week.  If there is less than 24hrs notice, last minute OR same day, we will charge $35- if we can not fill the appt slot- Appts for Full-sets require a credit card to hold the spot.  The card will not be charged unless the client no shows.  If there is a no show, then 50% of the fee will be charged as the appt can not be filled if someone doesn’t show to appt.  

    Privacy:  We do not share your information with any 3rd parties.  All your personal information is kept private. 

    Gift Certs: Valid for 90days from date of issue-
